Co-owner and founder of Tutts

Devin Tuttle is the co-owner and founder of Tutts, a company in Draper, Utah that provides aeration, fertilization, and pest control services. He and his dad started this business to provide the Salt Lake community with dependable pest control solutions, supported by transparent processes and high-quality products.

Tuttle and his dad opened Tutts five years ago, building it from the ground up while earning trust within the community. His experience in marketing and customer service, combined with practical leadership and operational skills, has contributed to the business's growth. This journey has taught him the value of consistency, vision, and hard work.

Tutts offers lawn aeration services that help improve the health and growth of grass by addressing issues that limit healthy development. The company offers various service plans tailored to meet the needs and budgets of its clients. Pest control is another key service provided, utilizing advanced technology and high-quality products to effectively manage pests such as rodents, termites, flies, ants, cockroaches, and spiders, which can cause property damage and compromise health. The company also offers fertilizer and weed treatment plans to help clients improve the appearance and strength of their lawns.

Clients have shared positive feedback about his work. One client described the service as honest and sharp, saying they would use Tutts again. Another shared that their lawn improved after the aeration services, describing him as consistent and knowledgeable. Another client noted that after a few treatments, their yard showed clear improvement with thicker grass and reduced ring fungus.

Before starting Tutts, Devin worked as a Customer Service Representative, earning recognition as a top salesperson in Utah while helping train others and building client relationships. While in high school, he worked at Tucanos Brazilian Grill and Swig and completed his first lawn aeration job at the age of 15, demonstrating his early interest in business.

Tuttle grew up in Draper in a close family and considers his three sisters his best friends. He has a two-year-old son. He attended Alta High School, where he participated in football and track, and earned an Associate’s Degree in Communication from Utah Valley University, where he placed second in a public speaking competition.

Devin is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, baptized at eight and ordained to the Aaronic Priesthood at twelve, later serving as a deacon, teacher, and priest. Faith and patriotism are vital to him.

Tuttle became an Eagle Scout after completing a project building artificial eagle nests to protect wildlife and prevent wildfires. He also participated in a humanitarian project in Guatemala, where he helped create schools, farms, and homes while delivering aid to the community. He donates regularly to the Church, supports tithing and fast offerings, and has helped lead two spiritual youth camps in Utah. His mission leadership experience includes serving as Senior Training Leader, District Leader, and Zone Leader.

Devin served a two-year mission in Philadelphia, paying his expenses, studying scriptures daily, and teaching others about Jesus Christ.
